March -- Alltshellach 32S2 (RSCDS Book 23/2)

1-4

1C and 2C set to and turn partners with both hands

5-8

1C and 2C half poussette. Both couples finish in the center, facing down

9-16

1C, followed by 2C lead down. On the fourth step, 1C turn towards each other, lead up between 2C who dance down to follow 1C to original places

17-24

Reel of four across the dance 1W and 2M passing left shoulders to begin.

25-32

1C and 2C dance the Tournee.

April -- Seton’s Ceilidh Band 64J4

1-8

1C cross over giving right hands, cast off behind 2C (who move up on 3-4), dance in front of 3C (who move up on 5-6) and behind 4C (who move up on 7-8) to finish in fourth place on opposite sides

9-16

1W dances a reel of three with 3M and 4M while 1M dances a reel of three with 3W and 4W. 1C dance up between 4C to begin the reels

17-24

1C repeat bars 1-8 dancing up the set to original places

25-32

1W dances a reel of three with 2W and 3W while 1M dances a reel of three with 2M and 3M. 1C dance down between 2C to begin the reels

33-36

1C cross over giving right hands and cast off one place to finish between 1 st corners—right hands joined with partner and left hands joined with corners. 2C move up on 35-36

37-38

All balance in line

39-40

1C turn by right hands to finish between 2 nd corners

41-42

All balance in line

43-44

1C dance down behind 3C on opposite sides

45-48

1C lead up to the top and cross over to finish on own sideline facing down. 2C move down on 47-48 and face up

1W and 2W change places giving right hands while 1M and 2M do the same

2C and1C cross over giving left hands to partner

1C repeat 49-52 with 3C—1W changing places with 3M and 1M with 3W

57-60

1C repeat 49-52 with 4C

All four couples turn partner with right hand one and a half times to own sides

1C, with nearer hands joined, dance down below 3C and cast up into second place on own side; 2C step up on 3-4

5-8

2C, 1C, 3C set and cross over with right hands

9-12

1C, with nearer hands joined, dance up above 2C and cast off into second place on opposite side

13-16

2C, 1C, 3C set and cross over with left hands, 1C turning three-quarters to face 1 st corners

17-24

1C set to 1 st corners and partner (hello/goodbye) (17-18), 1C turn by right hand to face 2 nd corners (19-20), repeat 17-20 with 2 nd corners to finish in second place on own side

25-32

2C, 1C, 3C dance six hands round and back

1C and 2C dance four hands across and back, 1C during 7-8 cast off one place while 2C dance up to top

1W dance three hands round and back with 2C while 1M does the same with 3C. 1C finish facing corners

1C set to and turn corners

1C lead down between 3C, crossing over to own sides, cast up one place, lead up between 2C and cast down one place

1C cast off into second place while 2C dance up to the top

1C set, lead up to the top as 3C move down and cast off into second place

2C, 1C, 3C dance six hands round and back

August -- The Highland Rambler 40R3 (Roy Goldring)

1-4

1C dance in towards each other and cast off one place. 2C step up on 3-4

5-8

1C and 3C dance right hands across. 1W end facing out (note: 1W does not make a turn before beginning left hands across)

9-12

2C and 1C dance left hands across; 1C end facing women’s side of the dance

13-16

1W, followed by her partner, casts up round 2W and dances down the center to finish between 3C; 1M finished between 2C. All face down

17-24

All dance down the middle and, turning right about, all dance up. 1C remain facing up at the end of bar 24

25-28

1M, followed by his partner, casts off to second place on the women’s side and crosses to his own side. On bar 28 he pulls back his right shoulder to face his partner

29-32

1C turn with right hands once round to finish in second place on own sides

33-40

2C, 1C and 3C dance six hands round and back
